For four months I did one-on-one sessions with Jo. In this time she transformed my balance, posture and physique! Jo is a great instructor, who took the time to personally design a routine especially for me based on my level of flexibility. Each week I surprisingly felt a lot better. I tend to have lower back and neck pains, but after my sessions with Jo my back and neck pain decreased significantly! She took the time to watch my posture/positioning’s and ensured I carried out all the moves correctly, motivating me to dig deeper into each move. Every week she would add on new exciting moves that I would have never thought I could do with such ease, the way she eased me in from the beginning to go onto to more advanced moves was great! After my sessions with Jo I was so much more aware of my posture and ‘body centre’ and felt better not only physically but mentally. I was signed up at the university gym where I took Pilates classes, but discontinued to train with Jo instead who I found to be much better! Jo is an amazing instructor, and I cannot wait for her to set up her own class officially so I can join!

alongside me helping with my every move. I felt
really comfortable in her sessions and gained a lot
more knowledge of my own body.
Very good class, jo is knowledgeable and passionate and caters for all abilities. I would recommend this class to anyone of any age.

Jo who runs body positive pilates is absolutely fantastic. I get so much from the classes. I will keep going as long as she is running them.
